Um updated the site a little. The updates section in the bottom left corner is now Javascript so it's easier for me to edit in one file as opposed to 10 html pages.

Also re-arranged the downloads section and added a new section to it with one file in hosted on file front. Thanks goes to them.

I'm currently working on a programme I call Easy_RSS it creates and edits RSS feeds without having to know XML or HTML I believe it'll be good for web masters that haven't created the HTML them selves or those who know only very little html. When I'm finished with it I'll create a tut on how I made it, it'll be basic though I'll warn you now, you'll have to figure the rest of the code out yourself. :) It'll help you progress. Talk about this...

So, I am working on learning Visual Basic.Net and while searching through the net I found a site that gives tutorials on XNA games programming in VB.Net. It's an excellent site that tells you EXACTLY how to make a game in VB.Net, you do need to download a few things but all the guys tutorials tell you what you need to do, there easy because the guy has written them as hes learning XNA in VB.Net. I urge you to check them out.

How ever they can be a little confusing to begin with if you have no idea of VB.Net, but I plan on writing my own tutorial on how to get started and how to begin.

Until then, check out the guys site and give it a go. VB.Net 2D games tutorials

Hmm... seems I havent been updating this site as much as I would have liked, I've been working on a few things mostly in VB.Net nothing mind blowing, just little things that learn you that little bit more. I'll have to create a downloads section where you can download the applications and the source code files etc etc.

I'll update the site again to let the people not reading this when the downloads are up and whats in them.

Until then, bye.

So just a quick update to say I've fixed a few bugs with the site... (CSS wasn't working and a few links weren't, the message board still isn't)

Also just to fill you in, with making this site again I've had to re-learn HTML and learn CSS from scratch, thats why things arn't that great right now, but as my programming improves I no doubt suspect that the site will improve with time.

Anyways, yesterday (02/10/07) I created some EXTREMELY basic game with VB.NET programming, if you really want you can download the first version of the game from here. Just run the exe, you cant kill the 'bloke' he'll always just go down to 1 HP. Have fun. SO it appears I can't upload 'exe' files to my host, oh well, if I find somewhere to upload it I'll update the site.

To start the games interface has been tweaked a tiny bit. The previous game simply had a number that decreased as you 'punch' or 'drop kick' a bloke, not very fun, I know, however now the game has an image of Oli Sykes from the band Bring Me The Horizion. So now when you press the punch and kick buttons you can acctually see realistic damage being inflicted on Oli Sykes' face, how fun. Third and final modification to the game is the fact that when Oli's HP decreases the coloured bar changes colour in respect to his HP. More updates to be added soon.
